‘Extremely dangerous’ fugitive wanted in Scotland to face sex crime charges is arrested in Spain

The Moroccan national was apprehended at his barber’s shop in Salamanca and faces extradition to Scotland for his alleged crimes. The suspect protested his innocence while being handcuffed, and it is unclear if he will oppose extradition.
