The network aims to boost investment in the deep tech sector, aligning with the EU’s political guidelines for 2025 and strengthening co-investments to support companies in critical technology areas and facilitate global competition. The launch occurred during the EIC Scaling Summit, where 120 companies selected from the EIC portfolio and national programmes gathered, with the goal of scaling up and becoming global champions, with 72 new companies joining the EIC Scaling Club, which aims to scale 20% of its members into unicorns.
