The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has proposed changes to insider list procedures under the Market Abuse Regulation, in line with Listing Act amendments. ESMA is seeking feedback on new formats for creating and updating insider lists, as mandated by the Listing Act. This consultation aims to ensure compliance with Implementing Technical Standards while enhancing transparency and efficiency in insider list management.
