Employee Sentenced to Nearly 5 Years for Leaking ‘Spider-Man’ Blu-ray

A former Memphis disc manufacturing employee, Steven Hale, was sentenced to 57 months in prison for stealing and leaking pre-release Blu-rays, including “Spider-Man: No Way Home.” He received 21 months for copyright infringement, with a concurrent firearm charge extending his sentence; he will serve time close to Memphis and self-surrender later.
