Emirates has decided to extend the suspension of check-in for passengers departing Dubai from 08:00hrs on 17 April until 09:00hrs on 18 April, due to ongoing operational challenges caused by adverse weather and road conditions.

Passengers departing Dubai are advised to only head to the airport if they have a confirmed flight booking, and to do so after 09:00hrs on 18 April.

Customers affected by flight cancellations can reach out to their booking agent or contact Emirates’ customer service center for rebooking assistance.

Passengers arriving in Dubai and in transit will still be processed for their flights, but delays in departures and arrivals are expected. Travelers are encouraged to check the latest flight schedules on emirates.com.

Emirates sincerely apologizes to customers impacted by delays and disruptions to their travel plans, acknowledging the challenges faced by everyone affected.

While some customers have managed to return home or reach their destinations, many are still waiting for flights. The Emirates team is working diligently to restore scheduled operations and provide accommodation and other assistance to affected customers at the airport.
