The National Gas Plan includes measures like an East Coast Gas Reservation scheme, increased gas supply, and reduced wholesale prices by 23%, benefiting both households and industries. The plan aims to enhance energy security, encourage long-term gas contracting, and support smaller players in the market while defunding the Environmental Defender’s Office.
