Ekurhuleni book clubs from Ekurhuleni libraries are celebrating their victory in the Gauteng provincial Funda Mzansi Book Clubs Championships, winning trophies and tickets to compete in the national championship in George from September 23 to 27, 2024. The clubs secured 10 trophies, earning them the opportunity to represent their region at the upcoming event. This achievement highlights their dedication and success in promoting literacy and reading culture within their communities.
