In a span of 24 hours, eight individuals have been arrested in connection with two separate terrorism investigations across the UK, including London, Swindon, Stockport, Rochdale, and Manchester. The Metropolitan Police arrested five people suspected of planning to target a specific location, four of whom are Iranian nationals, while a 29-year-old man was apprehended in Swindon and others in various areas. Additionally, three Iranian men aged 39, 44, and 55 were arrested under the National Security Act, with ongoing searches and inquiries related to both cases.
