Alberta sanctuary offers lifeline to illegally raised wolf pack belonging to Sudbury man

Cory Gilson and Stephanie Melenka from WARM Rescue & Sanctuary in Alberta are offering to take in 16 wolf-dogs from Wahnapitae, which face euthanasia due to their illegal status. Although the Yamnuska Wolfdog Sanctuary is at capacity, WARM plans to establish a temporary facility for the dogs while fundraising for a larger sanctuary aimed at providing natural habitats and therapeutic benefits.
