Transport for London will ban all non-folding e-bikes from parts of its network starting on 31 March due to safety concerns after incidents of e-bikes catching fire. The ban will apply to services including the Tube, Overground, Elizabeth line, and DLR. TfL conducted a safety review in collaboration with the London Fire Brigade following a fire on a Tube platform in February.
