Eating meat could actually protect against cancer-related death: new Canadian study

A study from McMaster University found that eating meat does not increase mortality risk and may even reduce cancer-related deaths, contradicting guidelines from the Canadian Cancer Society. Analyzing data from nearly 16,000 adults, researchers concluded that both animal and plant proteins can promote health and longevity, challenging established views on red meat and cancer risk.
