A Kāinga Ora tenant, Tui-Aroha Noble Wood, had her tenancy terminated after repeatedly threatening staff and causing distress to other tenants at her Northcote Auckland residence since January. Kāinga Ora presented three incidents of her anti-social behavior to the Tenancy Tribunal over a three-month period, illustrating the severity of the situation.
