Dubai has implemented a new variable pricing system for public parking facilities, introducing different rates based on facility type and time of day, including special rates during major events. Parkin Company PJSC, the largest provider of paid public parking in the emirate, revealed the updated provisions, which include premium parking zones in high-demand areas and a new tariff structure dividing the day into peak and off-peak hours with varying rates. In addition, Parkin’s portfolio now includes 40% Premium Parking spaces, up from 35%, with details available on their website, app, and social media.
