California cities, including Sacramento, are using drones to identify individuals setting off illegal fireworks during the July 4 holiday, with fines reaching up to $10,000 for violations on city property. The Sacramento Fire Department’s task force issued around 60 citations during the holiday weekend, as the city increases fines to deter illegal fireworks use.
