A driver died and a child was injured after their vehicle crashed into a tree in Bradley on Friday evening. The driver was airlifted to the University of Chicago Medical Center and later succumbed to their injuries, while the child was airlifted to Comer Children’s Hospital in stable condition. The cause of the crash is under investigation, and the victims’ names are being withheld pending family notification.
