A fire broke out in a former electrical plant building in Moscow, injuring eight people, with three requiring hospital treatment. More than 90 individuals were rescued while over 120 managed to escape on their own. The blaze, believed to have been caused by faulty electrical wiring, started on the third and fourth floors of the building, which now houses studios and creative workshops.
