Ramon Rodriguez-Delgado, 48, was sentenced to life in prison without parole for fatally stabbing 77-year-old Marcelino Perez in Dorchester in 2018. Rodriguez-Delgado was found guilty of first-degree murder by a Suffolk County jury after being captured on video surveillance entering and leaving Perez’s apartment multiple times on the day of the murder. Prosecutors revealed that Rodriguez-Delgado had seen a man deliver private lottery winnings to Perez’s apartment, leading to the fatal stabbing.
