DJI confirms that US customs is holding up its latest consumer drone

DJI’s drones, including the latest Air 3S model, are facing delays at the US border due to a customs issue related to the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act, not the proposed Countering CCP Drones Act. DJI denies any wrongdoing, stating it complies with the UFLPA and does not have ties to Xinjiang. While the Senate is considering banning DJI drones, the company still holds a significant share of the global market.
