Changes to Disneyland’s Disability Access Service program, or DAS, aimed to combat misuse by requiring guests to speak to a cast member about their waiting difficulties. However, these changes have led to longer queues and backed-up Lightning Lane Multi-Pass lines, affecting the overall guest experience at the Anaheim theme park resort. Despite efforts to improve the program, not all guests have found the new system to be as magical as expected.
