Diaz Leads Morocco to Afcon Quarter-Finals

Morocco 1 – 0 Tanzania FT

Brahim Diaz scored the only goal as Morocco defeated Tanzania to advance to the quarter-finals of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations. Captain Achraf Hakimi, returning from injury, assisted Diaz’s goal in the second half. The match featured several near misses, including a free-kick from Hakimi that hit the crossbar. Morocco will face either South Africa or Cameroon in the next round.
