Deputy Says Angus Taylor Should Resign If He Lost Faith in Ley

Deputy Liberal leader Ted O’Brien has urged Angus Taylor to resign from the frontbench if he is considering a leadership challenge against Sussan Ley, whose position remains uncertain as the parliament reconvenes. Although speculation about a challenge from the right faction is subsiding, Taylor is seen as a potential candidate after fellow MP Andrew Hastie withdrew from the race.
