Dentsu reported a significant loss in 2024 due to a goodwill impairment of ¥210.1 billion, leading to revised profit guidance for 2025. Despite a 5.7% increase in net revenues for the full year 2024, organic growth declined. To restore profitability, they introduced a new “Mid-term management plan” focusing on media and additional services, aiming for 4% organic growth and 16-17% operating margin by FY2027.
