Lawsuit claims Denny’s workers in Kamloops misappropriated $500K in tips

Northland Properties Corporation claims a recent audit uncovered $11,000 in unauthorized transfers, with one employee accused of stealing approximately $494,533. The suit seeks damages for theft, fraud, and breach of employment duties, asserting that the defendants were unjustly enriched through their actions. Kamloops RCMP is currently investigating the allegations.
