Poulin Scores in OT as Victoire Defeats Frost 2-1

Marie-Philip Poulin scored an overtime goal, leading the Montreal Victoire to a 2-1 victory over the Minnesota Frost. Maureen Murphy opened the scoring for Montreal with her first goal of the season. Minnesota’s Kelly Pannek equalized late in the third period after the Frost pulled their goaltender. The Victoire, now 5-3-0-5, will host Ottawa next, while Minnesota, with a record of 5-2-3-3, has lost four of its last five games.
