Carbon monoxide probed in Gardner son's death

The death of Miller Gardner, the 14-year-old son of former New York Yankees outfielder Brett Gardner, is being investigated as a possible case of carbon monoxide poisoning in Costa Rica. Initial tests detected high levels of carbon monoxide in the hotel room where the family was staying, suggesting accidental inhalation of hazardous gases.
