Dark Horse Comics is launching a new ongoing comic series titled He-Man and the Masters of the Universe in 2026, coinciding with a live action film release and an animated series. The series evolves from the current miniseries The Sword of Flaws, beginning with issue 5, which features a new story arc called β€œThe Battle of Snake Mountain.” Writer Tim Seeley continues, supported by a new art team, and the comic will be distinct from the film’s continuity. The film, directed by Travis Knight, follows Prince Adam’s journey to become He-Man and will hit theaters on June 5, 2026.
