Island where Stormzy wrote album on sale for £25m

Osea Island, a secluded 380-acre estate in the Blackwater Estuary near Maldon, Essex, is up for sale with an expected price exceeding £25 million ($33 million). Owned by music producer Nigel Frieda, the island is notable for being where grime artist Stormzy wrote his latest album and has also been rented by Rihanna and used as a film location.
