Michael Cullen went from sleeping rough in Liverpool to raising £1m by doing charity walks in all weathers in just his swimming trunks. His story is now being celebrated in a stage musical.
Known as Speedo Mick, Cullen feels a transformation when he dons his blue Speedos, gaining a fearless attitude as he walks across the British Isles for charity, regardless of the weather. His most notable challenge involved scaling the tallest mountains in England, Scotland, and Wales in extreme winter conditions, where he achieved the feat of reaching the top of Ben Nevis at minus 18 degrees without succumbing to hypothermia.
