The house where Stanley Kubrick lived while working on iconic films is up for sale.
Abbots Mead in Barnet Lane, Elstree, Hertfordshire, was purchased by Kubrick in 1965 and served as his residence while he produced renowned films like The Shining, Barry Lyndon, A Clockwork Orange, and 2001: A Space Odyssey. The nine-bedroom property features a blue plaque dedicated to Kubrick and is currently listed with Savills for a guide price of ÂŁ6,950,000. He resided there for 14 years before moving to Childwickbury Estate, where he lived until his death in 1999.
