'Like a permanent barrier': Ontario needs to change hiring rules for people with criminal records, report says

More than one million people in Ontario face barriers to meaningful employment due to criminal records. In response, an advocacy organization has proposed new recommendations aimed at facilitating the workforce reintegration of individuals who have been previously incarcerated or have a record.
