A police officer in Nairobi, PC Ramadhan Matanka, was fatally shot with an arrow by a 56-year-old man disguised as a homeless person at the State House gate. The attacker has been detained, and an investigation is underway to determine the motive, as the incident raises concerns about security at one of Kenya’s most protected locations.
