Couple find their stolen car and take it back after getting fed up with police

The car, equipped with a tracking device, was found with damage from thieves attempting to access its wiring. Despite the couple’s successful recovery, they expressed concern over the police’s lack of resources and the absence of consequences for car theft, questioning the effectiveness of law enforcement in such cases.
