The corporate watchdog has cleared the APY Art Centre Collective of accusations of ‘whitewashing’ after an investigation into their financial records. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission found no evidence of any wrongdoing by the art centre in relation to their dealings with Indigenous artists.
