The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), backed by the US and Israel, will cease operations after claiming success in demonstrating a new model for aid delivery. Established in May, it faced criticism for risking lives and was linked to increased deaths during aid distributions. GHF will hand over its work to a US-led center following a ceasefire agreement. Hamas welcomed GHF’s closure, accusing it of collaborating with Israel to manipulate aid efforts.
