Senior Unite official Tom Fitzgerald warned that members such as plumbers, fitters, welders, and apprentices may picket at a construction site with delayed completion. Strikes began on Friday at various construction sites, including those of Intel, Diageo, ESB, Eli Lilly, and Analog. The union chose not to picket the Children’s Hospital on the same day.
