Brown, 26, returns after a stint with the Jaguars, where he recorded 20 receptions for 227 yards and one touchdown last season. Jefferson, 29, played for the Titans last year, totaling 29 catches for 350 yards and one touchdown. Over his six-year career, Jefferson has accumulated 166 receptions for 2,226 yards and 13 touchdowns.
