Fiancée mourns man found after crash

The fiancée of Cole Misner, Loraleigh Bailey, mourns his death after he was found dead in the snow following a vehicle rollover near Ottawa, just 11 kilometers from their home. Bailey, who planned to marry Misner this fall, described him as a dedicated father and hardworking partner. The Ontario Special Investigations Unit is investigating the circumstances around his death, as police were in the area at the time. Bailey is seeking answers while arranging celebrations of life for Misner in Ottawa and Guelph.
