A container ship captain was arrested in Seattle for operating the MSC Jubilee IX with a blood alcohol content more than six times the legal limit for mariners. The Coast Guard acted after a pilot reported signs of intoxication, and the captain was tested and taken into custody, while the ship was cleared to resume operations with a relief captain.
