Russia accused of 'hollow' peace talks as strike injures dozens

Russia launched a missile strike on Sumy, Ukraine, injuring dozens, amidst ongoing peace talks with the US seeking a partial ceasefire and a revival of a grain deal. Despite talks in Riyadh described as “productive and focused”, both sides continue fighting, with Ukraine accusing Russia of ongoing aggression.
