England wing Claudia MacDonald has overcome her fear of leaving the house after recovering from a second neck injury to rejoin the Red Roses set-up. MacDonald, who was sidelined from last year’s Women’s Six Nations due to her injuries, returned to play for Exeter Chiefs and has been recalled to England’s Six Nations squad. Despite initial fear and uncertainty, MacDonald has regained trust in her body and is motivated to return to action after being reunited with her club-mates.
