A 16-year-old boy was fatally shot in Clapham, south London, on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Metropolitan Police. The shooting occurred near Stockwell Tube station on Paradise Road, and despite efforts from paramedics, the teenager was pronounced dead at the scene.
