Assassin's Creed maker confirms leaked game footage is real

The makers of Assassin’s Creed Shadows have confirmed leaked footage of the game is real, with Ubisoft working on patches to improve the game’s quality before its official release on 20 March. Set in Japan, the game features two playable protagonists – a female ninja and Yasuke, known as “the African samurai.” Ubisoft has faced challenges with recent game releases and is undergoing restructuring efforts to drive cost reductions and reshape the company.
