Kenya police seek information on serial killer

Kenyan police are offering a reward of 1 million shillings ($7,700) for information leading to the arrest of Collins Jumaisi Khalusha, a suspected serial killer who escaped custody over a year ago after being linked to the murders of more than 40 women in Nairobi. The police face public outrage over their failure to recapture him and address the ongoing investigation into the discovered bodies.
