The City of Melville has approved a $6.25 million mixed-use development in Attadale, despite objections from locals who are concerned about increased traffic in their cul-de-sac community.

The plans, submitted by Developed Property Pty Ltd to the City of Melville, include a three-storey building with five apartments, two commercial spaces, and underground parking.
