China steel factory owners detained after explosion kills four

Chinese authorities have detained the management of Baogang United Steel in Inner Mongolia following an explosion that killed four people and injured 84 others. The incident occurred on Sunday at around 3 PM, when a pressurized storage tank exploded, creating tremors and a significant smoke cloud. Six individuals are still unaccounted for as rescue efforts continue. Baogang United Steel is a prominent state-owned enterprise in the region.
