Michael McKee, a 39-year-old Chicago doctor, pleaded not guilty in Ohio to the murders of his ex-wife Monique Tepe and her new husband, Dr. Spencer Tepe, found dead in their home on December 30. McKee, charged with four counts of aggravated murder and aggravated burglary, was arrested in Illinois and returned to Ohio for arraignment.
