Charles Bediako has submitted an emergency motion to the Alabama Supreme Court in an effort to secure an interim injunction against the NCAA, seeking to maintain his eligibility. This follows the denial of his preliminary injunction request by Judge Daniel Pruet, which aimed to allow him to continue playing for Alabama as March Madness approaches. With the denial of his request for an injunction pending appeal, Bediako is expected to appeal to the state’s highest court.
