Teenager dead and five injured in Austria knife attack

A 14-year-old boy was killed and five people were seriously injured in a knife attack in Villach, Austria, carried out by a 23-year-old Syrian asylum seeker who was detained at the scene. The motive is still unclear, with extremism specialists assisting in the investigation. The attacker, who had a temporary residence permit and was awaiting an asylum decision, was arrested after a delivery worker drove his vehicle at him to prevent further harm.
