Certis asks officers on medical leave to share location if they are not at home

Certis, a security firm in Singapore, clarified that it does not terminate employees solely for being away from home while on medical leave, despite controversial WhatsApp messages suggesting disciplinary actions for non-compliance with new leave policies. The company emphasized that disciplinary measures are only taken in cases of clear abuse of medical leave, maintaining that most employees use the system responsibly.
