A report into the BBC has found that while there is not a widespread toxic culture, a small number of stars and managers exhibit unacceptable behavior that is often overlooked by bosses. Commissioned following the Huw Edwards scandal, the review highlighted the need for reforms, prompting BBC chairman Samir Shah to assert that any individual who believes they are above the organization’s values will be held accountable. The BBC plans to implement changes to address these issues and enhance workplace conduct.
